Disperse alerted us to several instances of non-conformance in the vertical domestic pipework, where our drawings showed this pipework being installed in different rooms. These instances occurred across three lines of apartments, over three floors.
Upon further examination, we learned that there was a change in scope that had not been properly communicated to us.
Being able to identify this change through Impulse saved us many headaches down the line, and we were able to patch up the gap in communication with the broader team.
