On a week-by-week basis, you can also see by the use of the arrows (weekly pace), whether it’s improved, stagnated, or decreased. 

Generally speaking, what I also like about Disperse is the Excel file that you generate on a weekly basis as well. That does give me a bit more granularity, if I wish to inquire and wish to highlight something to a specific contract manager or CMO, or even executive and say: Look, for the last 4 weeks we had this issue, it’s been documented on Disperse.
